Replacing your siding offers numerous benefits, including increased curb appeal, improved energy efficiency, enhanced protection against the elements, and potentially higher property value. It can also reduce maintenance needs and reveal hidden structural issues that may be causing problems.
If your existing siding is relatively new, it may be worth repairing ruined boards, especially if the problem is minor and isolated. If the siding is old, significantly worn, or damaged in many places, replacement is the better option. By investing in this upgrade before you sell, you can set a higher asking price.

Yes, we offer seasonal promotions and discounts for new customers. Be sure to reach out by email or phone for any current offers.

Painting your home's exterior can greatly improve your home's curb appeal, increase the lifespan of your siding, boost your property value, contribute to your home's energy efficiency, and allows professionals the ability to spot and prevent possible areas of rot or insect damage that would have been undetected otherwise.

We accept various payment methods including cash, PayPal, Venmo, and checks. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

Interior painting offers numerous benefits, including increasing home value, improving air quality, boosting mood, and protecting walls. A fresh coat of paint can make a space feel more inviting, modern, and well-maintained, ultimately increasing its appeal to potential buyers.

You can't fix wood rot. Your best bet is to remove all wood that shows any sign of rot, and replace it. We can help with that. Any wood that is in contact with the ground should probably be pressure treated lumber, or not a wood material at all. Once we've replaced that bad sections we'll want to seal/paint to match things up. Professional exterior rot repair is essential for maintaining the structural integrity and appearance of your home. Wood rot can silently weaken siding, trim, and other exterior elements, leading to costly damage if left unchecked.

Decorative interior trim offers both aesthetic and practical benefits. It enhances a room's visual appeal, adds character and definition, and can conceal imperfections. It also provides functional advantages by protecting walls and potentially increasing a home's value. Trim highlights architectural features like ceilings, walls, and furniture edges, giving them a distinct character and making them stand out. Homes with well-maintained and attractive trim are often perceived as more valuable and well-maintained, potentially increasing their appeal to potential buyers.

Pressure washing your house offers several benefits, including enhanced curb appeal, prevention of damage and repairs, and improved health by removing allergens and preventing mold and mildew growth. It also prepares surfaces for painting and other maintenance tasks.

Deck resurfacing, also known as reskinning, involves replacing the boards, railings, and/or steps on your deck with new materials, leaving the existing foundation and frame. This is a great solution for decks that aren’t very old but have worn-out boards in need of replacement. It’s also popular with new homeowners who are looking to revamp their existing deck.

If your deck is more than 20 years old, it’s probably wise to rebuild it, saving you money in the long run. To avoid structural issues, if your deck’s foundation isn’t up to code or is showing signs of rot, wear, or damage, the safest option is to rebuild. Rebuilding a deck offers several benefits, including enhanced safety, increased property value, and the opportunity to customize the space to better suit your needs and lifestyle. It also allows for the use of modern, low-maintenance materials (such as TimberTech decking boards) and the incorporation of new features.
